Great school student Results with making Co2 semaphores
During our hands-on workshops, three high school classes (both boys and girls) got the chance to become young engineers!
They soldered components on test boards using a soldering iron.
Some students flashed the ESP8266 microcontroller with new firmware and learned how to upload code.
Working in pairs or small groups, they showed focus, teamwork, and great enthusiasm.
💡 These workshops weren’t just about learning – they were about doing real technology work, just like in a professional lab. The results? Working sensors, blinking LEDs, and measuring local air quality, and proud students who said, “I didn’t know I could do this!”

"The Air in Our School" is a pilot project born out of the collaboration and support provided by ING and the Cluj Community Foundation, whose contributions were essential in turning this idea into reality. The project aims to grow into an extended educational network, open to all schools interested in environmental protection and understanding air quality, with the vision that this local initiative could become a national model for awareness and civic engagement.
